The SlimSeal secure card reader is available in a variety of interfaces and head arrangements. SlimSeal can be mounted either for horizontal or vertical card insertion.
A card-present sensor at the rear of the slot notifies the application that a card has been inserted so that the cardholder can be prompted with further instructions.
MagTek secure insert card readers support up to 3 tracks of data from ISO and AAMVA encoded cards. SlimSeal offers flexibility with left or right read heads. Card reading can occur on insertion or withdrawal from the card slot when the card is oriented with the magnetic stripe in contact with the read head.
